A tailored approach with all our clients ensures requirements for all events are met and delivered to the highest standards. Our Directors, and a majority of our workforce, have an impressive 30+ years’ experience working in the Security Industry.
Our 50+ strong workforce are efficient, reliable, and equipped with the mental and physical tools to carry out events professionally and safely. Each Security Team member is qualified with SIA Door Supervisor licence (minimum) – so you are safe when you work with us.
Meet the Team
Martin Stinchcombe
Operations Director
Martin has an extensive military background, where his conduct was noted as 'Exemplary'. He has worked and managed Security on major events for over 22 years. Martin is involved in the planning stages and implements the onsite security logistical requirements for each event, staff positioning and is on site for all events. His qualifications include; Fire Marshall Course/Emergency Awareness, First Aid at Work
William Bassett
Finance & Administration Director
Williams knowledgeable career is in the private security industry. William has over 30 years’ experience, often working in hostile environments such as Yemen, Iraq, Somaliland, various African and Asian countries, now opting for a more secluded life in an office.
Graham Gonzalez
Co-ordinator Director
Graham has in excess of 15 years’ experience within the security industry. Grahams career began within the Industry as Security operative, quickly established himself in a senior position with a well-respected and prestigious Security company. Graham progressed quickly into the office arena, overseeing all aspects of office security requirement, selecting, detailing, booking and organizing operatives, all as per the clients’ specific brief. Graham is also actively involved in various discussion panels for the improvement to raise standards regulations within the security sector.
